I am unable to log in. I receive a notification to check my internet connection?
You cannot sign in offline so ensure you are signed in before leaving a wifi zone, otherwise you will be required to use your data to access the Jotform app.
Go to your settings and enable your data or wifi and sign in to the app. Once signed in DO NOT SIGN OUT.
When I click to access the form I get a notification to check my internet connection and try again?
Go to your settings and enable your data or wifi.
Next, click on the settings cog >select Offline Forms. If you see an error message on the form you are attempting to access, click the checkbox ☑ next to the form. You must have data or wifi enabled to ensure the form is downloaded correctly. The form should be accessible when the checkbox ☑ is green.
The form should now be accessible.
